top-ten list for 2023.

Cowering in the Paisa capital?

The same article says one reason to consider

Medell铆n is that it "offers fair-priced

cowering spaces."

Huh?

I suspect that this is a typo .. and the author

meant to say that Medell铆n offers

fair-priced co-working spaces, for digital

nomads, for instance.
