Why Not Wear Flip-Flops in Brazil?

06/27/25 Aside from the reasons I mentioned in Post #7 above (dirt and danger of injury and/or infection mostly), I find that flip flops. chinelos, and most other sandals are ok for around the house, but don't provide me with enough support for walking around all day, and leave me sore and limping.
