I have just discovered (maybe I'm late to the party?) that ChatGPT (and other jennies?) can answer questions like, "What is the average square meter asking price of new apartments in Ilh茅us?", and get an answer in English!

The answer may be incorrect, but some follow-up questions and independent verification could lead to valuable information discovery.
