Registration visa with federal police

Hi everyone. I want to know that is federal police officers are open or not because of coronavirus? I registered my consular marriage certificate in cartorio. Cartorio granted my brazilian marriage certificate and registered. I was supposed to register my vitem xi with federal police within 90 days first entry in brazil. Is it really necessary to register within 90 days. Or i can register my vitem xi later when everything will open and back to work.

DPF is open. Depending on employees working for your protocol and lines will be the issue. I would try before time runs out. Have you began the process with the PF and have the protocol?
Now the visa should be in the system from the Consulate and it is temporary until filing all documents required by the PF. So if you have not began, do it now.

You should register with the Federal Police as soon as possible, unless they turn you away when you get there.聽 If that happens, you'll have the defense that you tried.聽聽There's no telling at this point how long the聽 emergency will last.

I didn't went to federal police yet. I came in S茫o Paulo on 9 march 2020. I still have聽 approximately 70 days left to register my vitem xi with federal police. And I've done my documents by sworn translator and have registered my consular marriage certificate with 1潞 Oficio de Registro C铆vil. I will go tomorrow to federal police to make an appointment.

Migration deadlines are suspended from 16/03/2020,which also applies to the deadlines of visitors, resuming the count at the end of the public health emergency situation, with new guidance from the General Coordination of Immigration Police.

The maturity of protocols, portfolios and other documents relating to the activities of Migratory Regularization, including certificates to instruct the procedures,a situation that will last until the end of the public health emergency situation or the disclosure of new pf guidance, is considered to be extended.
