DPF is open. Depending on employees working for your protocol and lines will be the issue. I would try before time runs out. Have you began the process with the PF and have the protocol?
Now the visa should be in the system from the Consulate and it is temporary until filing all documents required by the PF. So if you have not began, do it now.

You should register with the Federal Police as soon as possible, unless they turn you away when you get there.  If that happens, you'll have the defense that you tried.   There's no telling at this point how long the  emergency will last.

I didn't went to federal police yet. I came in São Paulo on 9 march 2020. I still have  approximately 70 days left to register my vitem xi with federal police. And I've done my documents by sworn translator and have registered my consular marriage certificate with 1º Oficio de Registro Cívil. I will go tomorrow to federal police to make an appointment.
