Housing loan from brazilian banks for a foreigner with permanent visa

Hello , Good day .
聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽I am a marine engineer moving to brazil in 2 months with my brazilian聽 wife and kids . I have a valid viper ( permanent visa )issued to me from brazil embassy in india . I want to buy a house in brazil .
聽 聽So , i have some queries if anybody can help with .
1. Can i apply for a housing loan as soon as i go to brazil with permanent visa
2. Will i ever get a bank loan in brazil from brazilian banks
3.what documents usually needed for applying a loan
