House with land near the cost

Hello, I would very much appreciate suggestions to where to live in Chile.聽 I would like to have land a 3 bedroom house somewhere near the coast, 30 minutes max or closer drive from a city. I have read great things about Valparaiso but I have a feeling it woud be very expensive.

Aslo, how much do you think this house would cost?

Yes Valpara铆so is quite non expensive, beautifull and near Santiago (airport, embassy and all), you can get something between 270 to 400 dollars per month. You could get some info in elrastro.cl
