The people, the low cost of living, weather, access to decent, inexpensive medical care, multiple ways to get around without having a car. Going to the major shopping centers where you can see many gorgeous women dressed as if they are going out to a fine dining restaurant instead of wearing baggy gym clothes and sneakers. What's not to like?
