People聽 from develooed聽 countries dont go to Colombia to study.Maybe to sudy Spanish.

Also , people dont go to Colombia to work..only聽 as English teacher for low wages or emporary transfers by fortune 500 companies on occaisions for mentoring type positions.

Its the other way around. Rich Colombians聽 go to the US or Europe to study.

Poor or Middle Class Colombians want to get into the US for opportunities

I know from experience the public Universities all suck big time.The profs go on strike聽 for.4 to 6 months every second year.

Government has no.money for public Education.
