I am looking for someone who speaks Spanish to help me with setting up gas phone and data, electricity, water insurance and anything else I need here.

Do you already have a ³¦Ã©»å³Ü±ô²¹ (national ID card)?  You will find that without it, you cannot get services. 

If you do not speak Spanish, how did you buy your property?  You could ask the person(s) who helped you buy the property, to also help you with the services.  Without speaking Spanish, you are dependent on the kindness of strangers, or (often and just as likely) at their mercy.

Hi thanks for coming back to me I know getting a cedula is part of my visa process I am going through. I am learning Spanish and I have found a property and am awaiting funding and I think this will go through before I am fluent in Spanish and need to get services and set up. The estate agent I am using is very helpful.
