Can anyone direct me to, or recommend, an inpatient rehab facility around Quito or Ibarra for a problem with alcoholism? Any idea how much a month stay/program would cost here?

There is a low-cost government-supported clinic for such rehabbing in Quito named the Guamani Center.聽 According to FAIM -- the Foundation for Alternative and Integrative Therapy -- the Guamani Center has been rated the best public health-care facility in Ecuador for ten straight years.

As a government-supported center in a low-rent area of Quito, expect low rates and a much less sofisticado ambience compared to the Savitch center at the beach.聽 At Guamani, a taita meaning "father" or "healer" is typically in charge.

It's likely you may need a 肠茅诲耻濒补 -- the national ID card -- and/or IESS government health-care coverage to qualify for admission.聽 That could mean months of delays.聽 Or course, other than higher-priced private care, delays are likely at any of the dozen or so rehab facilities in La Rep煤blica.

Thank you! She is a citizen and has cedula. Cost is not a main consideration, assuming it would be considerably less than in the US.
