Certificado de Vida y Resid锚ncia: what is needed to obtain it?

Does anyone know exactly what is required to get this certificate, which is one of the聽 requirements for permanent residency application?

On an earlier post by Gabtar (who gave excellent info re: residency application steps), he posted this:

"Your Hotel聽聽聽
聽聽聽聽 Obtain letter of residency
聽聽聽聽 Obtain details of 2 native Paraguayos, Name, DNI, phone who are willing to tell the police you are known to them and reside where you say you do."

I have seen other info stating a rental contract along with an electricity bill (or similar) was required, as well the details from 2 Paraguayans, to obtain the certificate from the local police station,

If a letter from a hotel is sufficient, what should it state?
In my case, l'll be renting an Air Bnb apartment for 2 weeks, then returning to Canada until residency is granted. Then I will move to Paraguay permanently.

1) Go to local police comisaria in Airbnb appartment district and ask for Formulario para Vida y Residencia
2) Ask your Airbnb host to provide you with rental contract (Contratos de Alquiler)
3) Ask your Airbnb host to provide you with utility bill (Facturas de servicios p煤blicos: ande, copaco y essap)
4) Ask your Airbnb host to provide Cedula copy (or take a picture with phone and print), estado civil, profesion, domicilliado, telefono
5) Ask your Airbnb host for help with his/her neighbour as a second witness
6) Ask neighbour to provide Cedula copy (or take a picture with phone and print), estado civil, profesion, domicilliado, telefono (ask your Airbnb host if symbolic gift would be welcome)
7) Fill Formulario para Vida y Residencia with details and ask both host and neighbour to sign it. Ask both to sign 2 copies of formuliario, first you will use for your residency and second for Cedula (this way you will avoid hassle of doing everything again and be free to stay at a different place during your second visit, keep all original documents).
8) Bring one copy of Formulario para Vida y Residencia, rental contract, utility bill and copies of host+neighbour Cedulas to comisaria. Plus bring certified copies of your 1) passport main page 2) visa page 3) Interpol Certificate (this needs to be done first).聽
9) Officially it is 24 turnaround, but could be done the same day. Ask for a time to come back.聽 Vida y Residencia certificate is free.

Hi there!

Has anyone had any luck recently with getting a "contrato de aquiler" that meets the requirements of the "certificado de vida y residencia"?

In particular, does the "contratos de alquiler" need to have a minimum term eg 6 months, 12 months to prove residency?
