Contract type and usage

I am looking for tenants available for an annual contract with automatic renewals, with a preference for those who can credibly demonstrate an intention to stay for more than 12 months.

- Certificates of no debt to Social Security and Finance;

- Declaration from the Credit Responsibilities Center of the Bank of Portugal.

Payment Guarantees

- With guarantor: deposit of €1,900 and advance rent of €1,900;

- Without guarantor: conditions to be discussed individually.

2) Tenants with Other Sources of Income or Undeclared Income in Portugal: tenants who can prove financial capacity to meet rent payments are accepted.
