Role Objective

We are seeking a dynamic, charismatic Native English Teacher to join our academic team. The primary goal is to provide our students with an authentic linguistic experience, focusing on conversational fluency, American/British pronunciation, and cultural immersion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Instructional Delivery: Lead engaging English language sessions for adults and/or children, focusing on the Cambridge Evolve curriculum and other communicative frameworks.
2. Conversational Coaching: Facilitate "Conversation Clubs" and specialized speaking workshops to help students overcome the "barrier of fear" when speaking.
3. Curriculum Adaptation: Tailor lesson plans to meet the specific needs of Egyptian learners, ensuring high levels of student participation and retention.
4. Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student progress through oral and written assessments, providing constructive feedback to help learners reach their target levels.
5. Cultural Ambassadorship: Share cultural insights to provide context to language idioms, slang, and professional etiquette.
6. Collaboration: Coordinate with the File Managers and the Branch Manager to ensure student satisfaction and academic excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Native Fluency: Must be a native English speaker (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
2. Experience: Previous experience teaching ESL/EFL is a plus, but we value personality and teaching style.
3. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and a high level of energy. Ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment.
