In this context, we are recruiting an Independent Real Estate Consultant (M/F) to support a premium French and international clientele in the acquisition / sale of exceptional properties. Main missions • Targeted development of a portfolio of prestigious properties, with particular attention paid to exclusive mandates. • Active prospecting and creation of a network of qualified buyers in France and internationally. • Valuation, enhancement and marketing of exceptional properties as well as new developments (expertise in off-plan sales). • Organizing visits, advising clients and conducting negotiations in a confidential and professional setting. • Personalized monitoring of files and support for clients until the final signing at the notary's office. Desired profile • Proven experience in premium real estate • Excellent presentation, strong sense of service and customer relations • Proficiency in social media and digital communication (content publishing, highlighting properties, etc.) • Having an influential business network is a real asset (banks, lawyers, accountants, business leaders, investors, etc.) • Autonomy, commitment and a results-oriented culture • Fluent French essential, proficiency in English preferred • Knowledge of the Mauritian real estate market.
