Following this, I continued my academic journey to further develop my skills and sense of rigor. On a professional level, I gained initial experience in customer service on a CPF (Personal Training Account) project. I then joined ADM Value, where I worked on a B2C energy project. In this role, I was responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing support, and offering solutions tailored to their needs. Subsequently, I joined a company specializing in e-commerce, where I was responsible for order confirmation and follow-up, while ensuring a quality customer experience.
