鉁� Travel: Occasional international travel
�� What You'll Do
As our eCampus Partnership Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of global education by:
鉁� Building strategic partnerships with universities in emerging markets
鉁� Engaging senior academic leaders and developing tailored proposals
鉁� Leading negotiations, managing agreements, and guiding onboarding
鉁� Monitoring market trends and advising the CEO directly
鉁� Strengthening eCampus's global visibility and reputation
This role directly impacts thousands of learners by opening doors to high-quality, accessible education worldwide.
�� What Success Looks Like
We're looking for someone who can:
鉁� Secure at least 10 new university partnerships per year
鉁� Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
鉁� Strengthen our global brand presence across higher education
鉁� Ensure high partner satisfaction, retention, and smooth collaboration
鉁� Stay informed on regulatory and policy environments worldwide
�� Qualifications
Required:
鈥� Master's degree in Business, International Relations, Education Management, or a related field
鈥� 7 years in international BD, partnerships, or global B2B sales
鈥� Proven experience negotiating with senior executives
鈥� Excellent communication and cross-cultural skills
Preferred:
鈥� Experience in higher education
鈥� Multilingual abilities
鈥� Background in multi-market project or partnership management
