Position Overview:

Join a dynamic cultural exchange program in China, where you'll teach and mentor children aged 1鈥�6 or 7-14 in English language skills, social manners, basic math, world cultures, and physical activities. Engage with children through play and companionship.

�� Location: China

�� Duty Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day

�� Program Duration: 6鈥�12 months

�� Compensation & Benefits:

鈥� Monthly Stipend: 14,000 RMB

鈥� Flight Reimbursement: Round-trip airfare reimbursed annually

鈥� Age: 18鈥�35 years old

鈥� Citizenship: U.S. citizen

鈥� Education: Bachelor Degree or Higher

鈥� Language Proficiency: Fluent in English

鈥� Certifications: TEFL/TESOL certificate (120 hours) preferred

鈥� Experience: Childcare or teaching experience preferred

鈥� Background: Clean criminal record

鈥� Cultural Competence: Open-minded with a deep understanding of cultural diversity

1. Pre-Departure Training:

鈥� Content: Early Childhood Education principles and pedagogical theories

2. In-Service Training:
