Responsibilities:

路 To provide an environment in which students are encouraged to be actively engaged in the literacy learning process.

路 To carry out different teaching to meet the needs of students with varying learning styles and needs.

路 To ensure growth and progress that is consistent and appropriate with the child's age group, subject area and/or programme of learning.

路 To organise event & activities to enhance students' learning

路 To assist in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work, maintenance of academic records and monitoring of students' progress, achievement and attendance.

路 To perform pastoral duties such as but limited to student support, counselling and monitoring of behavioural impact upon academic development.

路 To communicate effectively with all parties such as students, parents, peers and line managers on a regular basis on students' academic matters.

路 To act professionally in all aspects of work such as deadlines, schedules and efficiency.

Requirements

路 Possess at least a Degree in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.

路 Exposure to international curriculum such as IPC syllabus.

路 Fluency in both spoken and written English.

路 Good team player, communication and interpersonal skills.

路 Exhibits self-motivation, high work standards, attention to detail and learning orientations.
