JOB REQUIREMENTS:
鉃ilipins who are speak and write in French language
鉃an Communicate conversationally in English language
鉃ust be a high school graduate or Undergraduate with at least 2 years completion
鉃ustomer Service experience is an advantage
鉃pen for Undergrad and Bachelor's Degree holder
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
鉃roviding assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in French and English.
鉃isten and provide a solution to customer's concerns, issues, or questions
鉃reparing a reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
鉃nsuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
鉃erforming other related tasks needed
