Requirements:

✨Indonesian National proficient in English with permanent visa

✨Filipino National can speak, read and write Indo language

✨Open to Undergraduates

✨Good understanding and email/chat etiquette

✨With customer service experience is a great advantage but not required

✨Willing to work in Mandaluyong and can start asap

听

Responsibilities:

✨Respond to customer's inquiries and technical concerns through emails and chats

✨Assist customers' service concern through email or chat (e.g. playlist, features, troubleshooting and subscription inquiries)

✨Assist customers in cancellation of premiums and in changing customer personal details

✨Handle concerns of account users regarding paid accounts, payment issues
