We need a Rental Agent intern to present and lease properties to potential clients. To rent apartments in Barcelona, you will act as an intermediary between apartment owners and clients.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken (the ability to speak other languages is a bonus)

- Ability to work for a minimum of four months

- Independence: You need to manage your own time and schedule; you will be in charge of your schedule, so you need to be detail-oriented and organized

- Interpersonal Skills: You work with clients and customers face-to-face daily, so you should be able to listen to their needs as well as communicate effectively and pleasantly

- Persuasion: You should be good at convincing clients and use persuasion to close deals

- Problem-Solving Skills: You need to answer questions quickly

Minimum duration is 4 months.

While this internship doesn't provide a fixed salary, you will receive a commission. The maximum work hours per week are 40.
