Your Role

听

As a Solution Specialist, you will work closely with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them succeed in the cloud by aligning technology solutions with their business goals. You will be part of a dynamic sales organization where technical expertise and strong communication skills are key.

听

Key responsibilities include:

• Presenting cloud solution value propositions tailored to customer needs

• Collaborating with Sales Agents and Partner Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities

• Providing technical product overviews and insights

• Demonstrating cloud solutions to customers via Microsoft Teams

• Auditing implementation requirements and pricing to ensure accuracy

• Delivering group and one-to-one training sessions within the center

What We're Looking For

听

You are a great fit if you have:

• Proficiency in Norwegian, Finnish, Dutch or Portuguese, plus fluent English

• 3–6 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development

• A Cloud Fundamentals certification (minimum requirement)

• Understanding of cloud architectures, deployment planning, and solution design

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Passion for technology, cloud computing, and customer success

听

Nice to have:

• L200 certification

• Knowledge of cloud security, identity, authentication, privacy, and compliance
