Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Expert (Real Estate Sector)

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, produce, and edit engaging visual and written content (images, reels/videos, copy) for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
* Design and execute high-performing digital marketing and ad campaigns to generate leads.
* Manage our online community by responding to comments, messages, and building brand loyalty.
* Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to optimize future campaigns.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Marketing Specialist.
* Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, graphic design, and copywriting skills (experience in real estate is a major plus).
* Deep understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
* Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.
