�� Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory.

�� Candidates must be based in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

听

Recruitment and candidate sourcing

HR administration and employee onboarding/offboarding

Managing leave, attendance, and payroll-related inputs

Maintaining employee records and HR reporting

Coordinating with temporary staffing agencies and supporting workforce planning

Skills

Collect and enter employee timesheets into the designated HR system. Verify the accuracy of working hours, overtime, on-call duties, allowances, travel expenses, and other payroll-related variables. Follow up with managers regarding missing information or discrepancies. Manage leave requests and employee absences. Record absences in the payroll system and complete the required administrative declarations. Process sick leave documentation and submit the required notifications to the relevant authorities within the required deadlines. Manage the administrative follow-up of workplace accidents and coordinate return-to-work medical examinations. Prepare and submit payroll variable data to support monthly payroll processing.
