I am looking for an assistant to support the organization's (holding company) permanent relocation to Dubai. • Administrative and residential structuring • Selection of banks, advisors, partners, suppliers, etc. • Coordination with lawyers, tax specialists, banks, and insurers • Securing tax and estate planning procedures But also, to structure the professional organization • Organizing existing entities • Preparation of the future operational holding company in Dubai • Selection and coordination of councils • Implementation of simple and effective governance procedures Managing asset and financial emergencies • Consolidated view of professional and private assets • Organization of overall financial monitoring But also personal assistance from the leader • Taking back control of personal logistics in a Family Office spirit, • Making daily life easier in an international context
