I am French and have been living in Quebec for eight months. The serenity that this place in the world brings me, and yet I have lived in many others around the world, encourages me to settle there permanently. I need help to apply for permanent resident without being stuck for a long time waiting for a response from Canadian immigration. I need to move freely to visit my family in Europe.
