Hello I currently live in Haute Savoie where my husband is from. The region is beautiful but I miss the "south side" with the sun and especially the sea!! We have a studio in the south but we would like to buy a little bigger in the north of Spain, near Rosas so that we can come there by car and spend several months of the winter there, and also be able to accommodate our grandchildren. Prices in the south of France do not allow us to buy larger. We know Rosas and really appreciate this region. I started learning Spanish!! We are thinking of putting our studio up for sale quickly and starting prospecting in June (we are planning to spend a week in Rosas at the beginning of June to determine which areas we like and which ones we like less!). All advice is welcome, especially on which neighborhoods in Rosas to favor (I don't necessarily want to be on the "front line", on the contrary, I would prefer to be in the center of Rosas or in Canyelles. What do you think? Do you have any tips on local real estate agencies? Which neighborhoods are nicer than others? Thank you for your advice!!
