It depends on a lot of things but normally it takes at least 2 years....your agreement in the brgy level will not do u any good if ur going to file an annulment...cause it would mean collusion which would lead to the dismissal of the petition... Read More

if u 2 want to get married, there is no other way but to file for a declaration of nullity of marriage (or annulment although they are 2 diff things). Legal separation wouldn't allow your bf to get married again as it doesn't nullify the old ... Read More
