At the end of 2013, my consulting activities led me to work on the Master Plan of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the government of the Republic of Guinea (Conakry). This did not exactly happen by chance, because, as far as I remember, Africa has always attracted me. For a long time this attraction remained dormant, expressing itself simply through curiosity, reading, meetings with Africans from the diaspora, nothing more, but I didn't really see how to concretely satisfy this attraction. I exclude tourism as a means because I have always considered that meeting another country cannot be done as a tourist but by having a useful activity in the country, ideally by working there!
