Hello everyone I have always loved Spain and always dreamed of living there! I took the plunge in May 2013 following the death of my partner. Nothing was holding me back in France. At 70 it's not easy to leave everything behind to start from scratch in a country where you don't even know the language. Yet I don't regret it, quite the contrary, I discovered the Eden I dreamed of in this small, very preserved village, in the middle of the natural park aiguamolls, near the sea that I see from my apartment as well as the canigou and the Pyrenees chain. the dream! only Downside, I feel a little isolated sometimes because my friends only come from time to time. I am a painter, I gave lessons when I was in France, it allowed me to have contacts and make friends. If anyone is interested, I would be delighted to share my passion. I also have a question, I read a lot and am deprived of books in French, is there a library where we can find them. Thank you in advance.
