I was born in Vermont but hold dual USA and Irish citizenship. As a reporter and editor with Associated Press, I got to live and work in Washington, DC, Wisconsin, Boston, Indiana and Vermont, I now live in Indianapolis, IN. I was married for 28 years but lost my wife to cancer in 2005. I am seeking a lower cost of living and a tropical climate. I have had the pleasure of meeting several Filipinos, primarily working in health care, and have Facebook friends in Cebu and Manila. Although my health is generally good, I do have some problems that would make it wise for me to live near a first-class hospital. I enjoy trying new foods.
