Hello, My name is Michael, and I am excited to be coming to Mali to work for an international organization. I am looking for a flat for one person, in central Bamako, close to markets and other activities. I am looking for a safe neighborhood, preferably, with a GYM nearby. I will not have personal transport, so it is important that I am in central Bamako. I am looking to spend anywhere between 100,000 to 500,000 CFA (total - all included). Any recommendations? Any agencies I should use that are better than others? What kinds of fees do they charge? I would be grateful for your help and tips. Thank you in advance. Michael
