Hi my name is Laura, my boyfriend Frank and I are living in South Louisiana in the USA. We are looking to move to Puerto Rico. Frank is From Spain and speaks fluent Spanish. I am still learning the language. I am a police dispatcher by profession, but have done many different things. Frank is retired. Where should we live, where can I work?
