I currently live in Toulon, retired from the Directorate of Naval Construction and Weapons, asbestos pensioner, for the moment I spend, each year, 6 months, from November to May, in South East Asia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos; I have not yet decided what my final base will be, for the moment, Thailand seems to me to be the country which offers the most ease to a foreigner
