About Activity

I am originally from NJ now living in beautiful Sarasota, Fl. I am a retired doc/optometry that wants to maintain the highest quality of life possible in a climate similiar to Fl. It is the cost of living that is perhaps the biggest issue that i, and my female platonic friend are serious about. We are getting mixed bits of information about buying a house vs renting so that our surplus money can be used for recreation, travel etc.
