My house and my land of 6800m2 are adjacent. Projects: purchase of a donkey and a mule, permaculture for the vegetable garden. More pleasant living environment. Abstract painting if I have time. School and learning my language with my children and through lessons.
Real estate agent in France, I am going to create a structure for seasonal rentals.
So my clients will be able to come to their home on vacation and the rest of the time I will do everything for them, this will allow them to have rental income without worries.
