I joined my Australian partner in Brisbane in April 2015 after a year of administrative formalities to obtain my permanent resident visa. I already had the opportunity to discover the magnificent Australian landscapes during a Working Holiday Visa in 2009-2010. Now I'm looking to live and work here for several years to discover and immerse myself in Australian culture. I am also interested in meeting other French expatriates in order to share our respective experiences and possibly exchange advice. I have an engineering background (automatic, electrical engineering) and four years of experience in commissioning gas turbines and alternators (electricity production and distribution). I am currently looking for a position in Brisbane if possible, and I am open to any advice or feedback from people who are or have been in the same situation as me. Otherwise, I'm a fan of sports and outdoor activities.
