I am an EFL teacher living and working abroad now for almost 4 years. I have taught mostly in South Korea and did 6 months in Thailand in 2011. I love the expat life pros- traveling, experiencing, eating, learning....the cons of being separated from loved ones can hit pretty hard but luckily I've formed strong support networks with expat friends to help me manage.

Visa for my wife by CED1974
Dear All, I am French and I will be moving to saudi Arabia (Ryad) soon for a one year contract. I would like to bring my wife with me. Could any one let me know the procedure and how long it takes? Thank you in advance for your answers. Rgds
Does the wife have to be in her country of origin in order to be granted either visa whether temporary or permanent? My husband will be in KSA and I'm hoping to join him soon. Thing is, I'm an American teaching in South Korea and was hoping ... Read More
