I love the weather and the mountains here. The people are friendly and patient with my efforts to learn Spanish. The living costs are low allowing more for a travel budget. Medical is excellent with caring doctors that aren't driven by money.
The drivers are aggressive and don't use good sense. Bureaucracy needs streamlined.
