I lived in Belgrade until 2012. Serbia and the Serbs immediately entered my blood. I was in a relationship with a girl from Belgrade, I had also opened a small restaurant which I stupidly left to my partner when my romantic relationship ended. I returned to Italy but I miss Serbia dearly. I need to go back to live in Belgrade and I have two things in mind: opening a d.o.o. of import export of clothing, or open a spaghetti shop, a sort of simple Roman trattoria. My Serbian friends went crazy for my Matriciane and carbonare, for the appetizers of Italian cured meats and cheeses.
