North Carolina, USA I am a healthy, active senior who chooses not to retire after having reached retirement age. I feel that I will be healthier and happier if I remain in the workforce. It may be FT or PT as long as I enjoy what I do. I love North Carolina and my country, but I have been able to extensively travel abroad to see and learn about other cultures and recognize that there are wonderful places and people outside the USA. I have not yet traveled in South America and Africa but hope to do so in my future. My state in the USA has many immigrants from Central and South America. I have learned to appreciate their cultures through our friendships. At the moment, my country of choice for visiting in the near future (and possibly to live there) is Ecuador. Everything I read is so inviting, and my city of choice presently is Cuenca. However, I am open to other possibilities.
