About

After reading some of expats stories, I guess I am an expat too, and did not know it. I am from the USA, but naturally cross-cultural. Since childhood, I have traveled to most places in the USA, and have lived in more than 10 countries. It was amazing to spend more than 5 years in Arabic-speaking countries, so I am proficient in Colloquial Arabic. Since I am an older, widowed woman, the focus will stay on teaching children, and female adults. I have taught private, Conversational English, and have taught basic grammar, though I do not have a degree in this field. Teaching Conversational English is easy, for me, because it is my first language. Primarily, I enjoy teaching Women & Children, and connecting culturally. I enjoy traveling, meeting, teaching, and assisting others, the Near Eastern culture, language, traditional clothes, food (especially, babaganooge, gamusa, karoof & dejej shishkabab, khanum, grapeleaves, coos coos..., and so much more. Though I have never been to Morocco, I would love to spend some significant time there, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia (though I am not qualified to teach in KSA).
Interests: travel, NEEDLEPOINT, learning to crochet & knit, crafts, Manufacturing Emergency Crisis/"Care-Paks, Mountain Climbing, long walks, horseback riding, " teach, cooking, starting a Home for Women of Domestic Violence

Spent time working with Women in Distress, Conferences, Going to the Forest (Sherwood), and time with others who had invited me to come.
Healthcare professional, entrepreneur, holistic mentor for women, conversational English teacher, business consultant, travel consultant.
The friendliness, warmth, and helpfulness of the people was quite intriguing, Sherwood Forest a delight; I picked chestnuts everyday, and ate them for Every meal! Though the weather was cold and damp, the hospitality was mostly great. I connected with people along the way while riding on The Tube, Street, Bus, Trains. Most of them reached out to me, I think because of my different style of dress. Though the most of the churches were not very welcoming, I found others along with way who were. I enjoyed visiting Surrey, New Castle, Birmingham, Nottinghamshire, Cardiff by the Sea, London. Some of these places I lived for a few months.
There was a lack of reception in the churches, but not at the home Bible Studies.

Hi. I am glad you asked, "what is a decent woman?" A decent woman, is a virtuous woman. If you want me to extrapolate further. I would be happy too. Thanks for asking. volunteerdoctors Read More
