Have you looked at Kanchanaburi Patrick? It may not fit all your requirements but it is a beautiful place to relax and retire in. Stayed here for 4 years already. Read More

If you wish to work in Thailand, then you must have a work permit. A business visa alone will not allow you to work. If caught working without a valid work permit, you will be deported. Read More
