originaire du sud de la Californie. J'ai v茅cu 脿 Saint-M茅dard, Catus Lot pendant un an 脿 l'芒ge de quatorze ans en 1964.

We would like to retire to France because Cort's family has loved French wines since his parents first visit to France in 1956. Very unfortunately, my year in St. Medard-Catus, Lot was wine free due to my rather foolish 13/14 year old adherence to the laws of California that forbid alcohol until age 21. My poor French family had to keep grape juice around. Anyway, I now live sandwich between the California Nao/Sonoma region and the growing El Dorado County region of northern California where one can find me sampling tastes at different wineries at least once a month to say nothing of the local wine tastings in my own town of Folsom near Sacramento. And to think I lived in the heart of Cahors wine making for an entire year and tasted not one drop!
I am a retired Physical Therapist as well as a dabbler in health insurance sales as well as real estate. From what i have read recently about France, my next move will be to qualify to teach English as a second language. Signing us both up for that today. At this time, Cort is an accountant for a construction company and intends to continue there for at least five years. He has had several of his own very successful businesses but is definitely not interested in going that route again.
Now, St. Medard is just a bit too rural for me, so the Marseillan- Beziers region seems to be pulling us south where we can find water for kayaking and enjoying as we sip some wines from Europe in its classically, relaxed way. We definitely want to use our french, so slightly rural is satisfactory. Exchanging English lessons for some in French would suit us just fine. France has multiple European borders that will allow us to use a five country Eurorail pass. What more could an explorer ask?
Is there something we don't know??
