HELLO, I have been coming to Vietnam for 14 years, but more regularly since my retirement in France at the beginning of 2007 I live 10 months a year in the south of Vietnam now in VUNG TAU. this city is the good compromise between SAIGON the big city, and my desire was to live by the sea, with a good climate, and a different cost of living than in Europe or in FRANCE, I found all this in VUNG TAU. There are a few French people in this town so I'm not too isolated. MY friend is Vietnamese, despite always having visa problems, I love this country and this southern part of Vietnam.
