I am a happy, healthy, 60ish Canadian male reflecting on life and wanting to live some years in another culture (yet again - I seem to come alive when I do). Previous extended travel has taken me to much of South-East Asia, parts of Africa, Central America and beyond, but I have been more or less planted in beautiful British Columbia for almost twenty years. I have been a geologist and an ESL teacher and a hobby farmer. What is next? I am ready to lose sight of the shore to find out. At present, I am leaning toward an extended living experience in one or more of the following: Greece, France, Sri Lanka, Ecuador, Chile. Suggestions are welcome.
Interests: gardening, geology, archaeology, hiking, pottery, literature
