HOME NURSE FILIPINO MUSLIM EXPERT IN BEDRIDDEN PATIENT AND INFANT CARE JOB DISCREPTION, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Responsible for personal care and hygiene of the patient. 2) Monitoring vital signs on time. (BP, BT, HR, RR and Sugar Level. 3) Responsible for medical administration / serving medicine on time. 4) Responsible for meal preparation and feeding (oral feed or feeding machine) 5) Responsible for giving basic physiotherapy, suctioning and serving acupuncture as Doctor instruction. 6) Serve as companion and engagement to the patient. 7) Responsible for bed and beddings arrangement of the patient. 8) Responsible for the laundry of the patient. 9) Responsible for clean and healthy environment inside the room and toilet of the patient. 10) Responsible for positioning the laying body of the patient. 11) Responsible for change diaper, feeding bag, catheter bag, and gauze. 12) Responsible for the disposal of secretion and urine. 13) Responsible for the Tracheostomy maintenance and care. 14) Responsible for bathing the patient in bed or in bath room, tooth brush, cutting hair , nails and pubic hair. 15) Responsible for the documentation of the patient behavior, reaction, attitude, condition and others, for family information and Doctor?s evaluation.
