Admision permanente issue time by skysun

How long does it take to get Carnet de Residencia Permanente (residency card) after application is submited to Migraciones? What is a realistic time? Can I count on 90 days? Please let me know your recent experience.

Thanks. I may understand some cases could take longer, but an avarage time should be. around 90 days? Or I just dreaming? It would strange Migraciones set 90 days period and then do not keep with it. Read More

Do I need to open $5k deposit account for my permanent residency application if I hold bachelor's degree from EU country university? What bank would open account to deposit $5k without headache? Or the best/quickest option is Banco de Fomento? Read More

Are you sure I do not need appostiled documents to be legalized by Paraguyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs? It does not make any sense to translate already translated to spanish and apposiled documets by local certiified translator. Spanish to ... Read More

James, thank you very much. Paraguay now is a part of Apostille Convention, so I think lagalization by Consulate is not neeeded anymore. Documents should be appostiled by home country Ministry of Foreign Afairs and then legalized by Paraguay ... Read More
