I live in Aubange, a small town in Gaume (Belgium). I lived for about 10 years in Southeast Asia...Vietnam, Philippines and Thailand. I also stayed in Morocco and Senegal. I am a 64 year old retired professor. Several months ago, I met a young Malagasy woman. We communicate via Skype. We would like to get married in early 2015. I am looking for anyone who can inform me about the formalities to complete to get married in Madagascar and then settle there permanently. I know that you have to open a bank account and fund it (can someone tell me how much to pay per month). Our wedding plan is totally serious.
