United States is about been free and the justice system is responsive. Also If a problem should arise ( like an incident I recently saw on the road) I called the precinct (police station) and in three mins the officers were there.In Trinidad it would take over three hours and the cops would probably appear flashing their guns unable to comprehend anything -even if someone got hurt in an automobile accident as I witnessed when I was there recently .Also in the U.S the ability to go anywhere you want very safely.Transportation is very accessable. You can take up the phone and almost guarantee to talk to a representative at any given company,organization,hospital and find out reliable information you need in a very friendly {blocked content} Trinidad it's a attitude problem there as experienced America technology is more advance than Trinidad.After two decades nothing really has changed . In the U.S. You can purchase something and if you change you mind about the item purchased you can get it refund or exchange it without any problem-no so in Trinidad.
Its nice in America.I do not see Trinidad being developed like The U.S anytime in the near or far future but sometimes it can get to you.It can be really stressful at times and also you have to deal with the really cold temperatures which fluctuates. That's the part that bothers me.I would say it's not the place to retire.
